Meet the Team

We’re a team of three entrepreneurs who know firsthand the challenges of running a warehouse. With backgrounds in furniture, logistics, and business operations, we’ve spent years solving problems in supply chain management, technology, and inventory control. Now, we’re bootstrapping this company from the ground up—just like many of the businesses we serve.

Based in North Carolina, we’re not just building a solution; we’re building a community.

Micah Ray

CEO, Co-Founder

After earning his degree from Wake Forest University, Micah stepped into the family furniture business for four years.

From there, he joined Liberty Hardware and spent several years implementing and optimizing their inventory and warehouse management system for a 600,000 sq-foot automated distribution center in the U.S. as well as operations in China and England. He also held key leadership roles in Operations, IT, Supply Chain, and Product Development & Innovation, spearheading the creation of three new departments.

His next career phase was spent in non-profit work and leading ministry teams domestically and internationally.

In 2019, he co-founded D4 Concepts, a coaching and consulting company with his business partner and lifelong friend, Mike Witt. They use their talents and experience to help strengthen small businesses with people development, strategic planning and ideation.

Now, as the CEO of Zaiflow, Micah is bringing that same problem-solving mindset to the world of inventory management where the goal is to help small businesses reduse waste and improve their operations for their customers with better inventory management.

Micah resides in High Point with Jennifer, to whome he has been married for over 30 years. It is his lifelong mission to help people transform their lives through “A-Ha” moments.
